What You Need to Know When Booking Your Elopement or Intimate Wedding:
- Discuss your vision for the day and provide accurate hours of coverage (and time of day if applicable)
- Create a custom timeline for your day
- Flexibility on locations for Ceremony & Portraits
- For Saturdays from April - December, we are not able to book Elopements or Intimate Weddings until 4 months from the wedding date

Packages
- $600 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) with Lead Photographer, Adam
- $450 per hour (minimum 2 hours) with Lead Photographer, Jade
- One Photographer is included in price, but a second photographer can be added on
- Engagement Session can be added on
- Album, Prints, and Canvas’s can be added on

4:15 PM: Groom to Arrive at Phipps & Set Up for First Look in Broderie Room
4:25 PM: Bride to Arrive & Meet by Broderie Room Outdoor Entrance
4:30 - 4:40 PM: First Look in Broderie Room
4:40 - 5:30 PM: Portraits around Phipps
5:30 PM: Last Minute Touch Ups/Relaxing before Ceremony/Detail Photos
5:30 - 6:00 PM: Guests Arrive & Mingle in Broderie Room
6:00 - 6:30 PM: Ceremony
6:30 - 7:00 PM: Family Formals/Bride & Groom Portraits in Broderie Room
7:00 - 7:30 PM: Group Photos Outside of Phipps
